These Copeland Spode botanical plates feature softly scalloped edges, raised floral texture, and beautifully detailed botanical illustrations at center. The subtle green rim adds just enough color to feel intentional while remaining neutral and endlessly easy to style.
Produced by Copeland Spode in England in the early 20th century, these plates reflect a period when Spode was celebrated for marrying refined English ironstone with botanical imagery inspired by garden studies and natural history prints. Each plate features a different floral motif, giving the set a collected, layered look rather than a perfectly matched feel.
Condition is excellent for age, with clean surfaces, strong color, and light, even crazing consistent with antique ironstone. No cracks or repairs. These are ideal as accent plates, dessert plates, or for styling on open shelving mixed with ironstone, transferware, or other collected whites.
